She began her studies in 1989 during a unique internship with Dr. James Gordon, director of the Center for Mind-Body Studies and well-known author specializing in the treatment of depression.

After over 25 years as a meditation student and teacher in a variety of contemplative traditions and spiritual paths, Susannah began offering psychotherapy in 2019.

Her work is informed by, and is a natural extension of, her many years of counseling in her oriental medicine practice as well as her experiences as a meditation teacher and as a parent.
